David has spent more than 25 years in sales, marketing, communications
and organizational learning within the healthcare industry. He has
worked with, and consulted for, a number of leading multinational
companies in both Life Science and Medical Device sectors, holding
senior level management positions in North America and Europe.
David has lead and guided teams working on key strategic brands
for clients such as AstraZeneca, Bayer, Eli Lilly, Pfizer and Pharmacia & Upjohn.
Since 2000, he has worked extensively on Board-sponsored initiatives
in the areas of corporate culture, leadership and organizational
development. This has included working with senior marketing teams
on the redesign of strategic and operational processes in order to
facilitate greater organizational alignment and drive superior business
results.
David is a partner in Development Potential where he is practice
director for leadership and organizational development. He resides
in The Netherlands with his wife Alexandra.
