Mark van den Broek is the Director Human Resources CDC division of FCI (subsidiary of AREVA group). Working 3 days a week in Paris (France) and 2 days a week in s’-Hertogenbosch (The Netherlands). First product implemented for FCI worldwide was the management network program called VITA. This international development program brings middle management of FCI from all different divisions, countries, disciplines and sexes together. He has been with the company for more than eight years, after spending five years with the Danone Group as Organisation, Training and Development manager for the Biscuits Branch. He obtained his BC degree in Human Resources Management from the Hogeschool West-Brabant in Breda (The Netherlands). He followed management development programs inside the company. He won the Future-HR Award 2003 of the NVP (Dutch association for HRM). He is married, and has two children.
