Introduction from the CEO, Cees Louwers
Evolving socio-economic landscape, globalization, changing markets and technology in the workplace means more change for more organizations is coming. Change has become the way to do business and is no longer just a part of a temporary project.

The most efficient businesses in the twenty-first century will be those that proactively support their workforces to respond and adapt to change. At LearningGuide our vision is to ensure workforces don’t just cope but excel.

Change often takes the form of new company policies, new computer applications and many new and revised procedures. For example remote technologies have considerable effects on how teams work together. How do managers and workers ensure the right procedures are being followed?

Electronic performance support systems are not a new idea, they have of course been with us for many years. In the past they have tended to be static or ‘slow-moving’, unable to keep apace with change. LearningGuide has worked hard to change this. New authoring and publishing technologies mean that today’s performance support systems grow and adapt with organizational change.

Over the next few years we expect that those workforces that are best supported to adapt to the ever-changing environment – able to quickly resolve day-to-day queries and collaborate effectively – will be the winners.
