Moving Estimate and Rates

Our estimator will come to your home for a visual inspection in order to provide you with a free written estimate. We follow ODOT mover’s tariff to prevent over and underestimating.

For local moves, our rates are based on an hourly rate depending on the number of movers and vehicles needed to complete the move. Our minimum charge is 2 hours, but keep in mind that minimum charges are subject to change on weekends and holidays based on the ODOT mover’s tariff.

Other than moving, we also provide additional services to make your moving experience extra easy. When you use our full service, you won’t even have to lift a finger.

We Can Pack For You

We can pack your belongings for you if you don't want to do it yourself. We can pack just one item, a whole room of items or everything in your home if you desire.

All residential customers who use our packing services can receive a FREE wardrobe service. Our movers will take your clothes from your closet and pack them in wardrobe boxes. We’ll even unpack your clothes and hang them in your new closet, wrinkle-free.

Packing Supplies Available

If you choose to pack your own boxes, we can deliver the supplies right to your door. If you have any unused boxes after your move, we’ll even buy them back. We have:

On moving day you can expect that we will:

• Call you in advance to confirm key information (like where you live and where we can park our moving truck)
• Arrive on time and bring you a fine cup of coffee
• Complete a walkthrough of your home so you can point out things that we need to handle with extra care
• Get the truck packed quickly and carefully. We will also keep in mind to load the most essential items last so they are readily accessible and will be unloaded first
• Unload the truck quickly and get all of your belongings in to the correct rooms in your new home
