Moving Estimate and Rates
Our estimator will come to your home for a visual inspection in order to provide you with a free written estimate. We follow ODOT mover’s tariff to prevent underestimating. For local moves, our rates are based on an hourly rate depending on the number of movers and vehicles needed to complete the move.
Your Perfect Moving day
On moving day you can expect that we will:
- Call you a day in advance to confirm key information (like where you live and where we can park our moving truck).
- Arrive on time and bring you a fine cup of coffee.
- Complete a walkthrough of your home so you can point out things that we need to handle with extra care.
- Get the truck packed quickly and carefully. We will also keep in mind to load the most essential items last so they are readily accessible and will be unloaded first.
- Unload the truck quickly and get all of your belongings in to the correct rooms in your new home.
- Leave you your first housewarming gift.
Our Packing Service
We offer an optional packing service for those that do not have time to spare for packing. We'll come to your home with all the boxes, tape, and packing materials needed. In fact, our versatile packing service includes the following options:
- Single-Item Pack: If you have odd-shaped or fragile items you're not comfortable packing, let us help.
- Single-Room Pack: Is the kid's toy room overwhelming? We'll take care of the entire room for you.
- Whole-Home Pack: Not enough time to take off work and pack up your entire house? You Move Me can pack every room in the house if you wish.

For those with the time to pack everything up, we have boxes, tape, and packing supplies in stock and available for purchase. We’ll even deliver it straight to your door to save you time driving around shopping for them.
