What to Expect on Moving Day
We strive to make your moving day the best one of your life by being friendly, courteous, and greeting you with a cup of coffee in hand! What better way to start your next move? Here's a layout of how the day will go:
- The first phone call. We'll just need to confirm where you want us to park our truck, and how you like your coffee? One cream, one sugar?
- After we arrive and greet you with a smile (and a coffee!), we'll take a walk through to figure out the best approach. We'll figure out which items you want to unpack first, and which items require special care while packing.
- We pack the truck while you relax!
- We drive the truck to your new home!
- We unpack everything. During this process, we're going to make sure that we unpack things exactly where you want them, so you don't have to worry about moving things around later.
- Lastly, we do a final walk through and present you with a housewarming gift. During the final walk through we'll check to make sure everything is accounted for and where it is supposed to be.
Need Moving Boxes or Supplies?
If you don't need someone to lift, but do need moving supplies, we have you covered. We have small, medium, large, and wardrobe-size boxes available for purchase. Don't worry about buying too many – we'll buy back what you don't use. We also offer packing paper, bubble wrap, tape, storage pads, and floor runners.
Campbell Moving & Packing Services
For some people, packing and unpacking are the two most painful parts of the moving process. As always, we strive to eliminate pain from the process – that's why we offer a selection of packing services to help you out! Here's a brief list:
- The Full Pack. If you don't want to pack anything at all, the full pack is the service you're looking for. Not only will we pack up everything in your house, but after you've moved, we'll unpack it too!
- The Kitchen Pack. This is one of the most popular requests we get. It's not easy to pack dishes and glassware in such a way that they won't get broken – but that's exactly what we do. We'll pack up your entire kitchen for you.
- The Single Item Pack. Whether you have a single, awkward item that needs to be packed, or a collection of smaller things, our single item pack will help you out.
- Valuable Item Pack. Have a particularly valuable item that needs special packing attention? Let us know and we'll take care of it.
