My name is Ben Cowan and I’m the owner of You Move Me Minneapolis. I was born and raised in Saint Paul and currently live in Plymouth with my wife and three kids. I’m the proud owner of two other local and home service businesses named 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and Shack Shine.
My passion in business is delivering exceptional experiences to both my employees and customers. I believe Happy Employees = Happy Customers! We are relentless in seeking and retaining only the best people so that they in turn provide consistently great experiences for our customers. Try us! :)
In my spare time, you’ll find me on a backyard hockey rink, coaching my kids in their various activities, up north camping, on a lake water skiing, researching or experimenting with the latest and greatest in technology or out on a date night with my amazing wife!

My name is Randy Rojas and I am the Operations Lead at You Move Me. I love the overall atmosphere here, it’s great to see people coming in happy and ready to work. The people that we have on the team are amazing, there is a camaraderie here that can’t be beat. Getting to experience something new everyday is an awesome perk as well!
In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, finding new places to hike, hanging out with friends, and travelling the world!
My name is Anthony Graham and I am the Operations Manager at You Move Me. I love the environment and community that we have here - all of the people that we work with and our clients are amazing. I love that I get to see new parts of Minnesota every day from all the different moves we do in different areas.
I really enjoy the challenge of always having to think on my feet and always having the next plan ready. Coming up with ways to solve things and make things work even on a tight schedule is what I thrive on.
In my spare time I enjoy giving back to the community, doing crossword puzzles, and long hikes while sipping a cold Mai Tai with friends and family.
My name is Jess Slagle and I manage the People & Culture here at You Move Me. I have moved multiple times throughout my life, so experiencing that “at home” feeling whenever I come in to work is incredible. We have an amazing team that is dedicated to the company and providing exceptional experiences for our customers.
I am extremely passionate about my job and the people that I get to impact and work with every single day. In my free time, I love going to the gym, watching ‘The Office’, getting outside and trying new things - especially when the weather is beautiful! And most importantly, spending time with family and close friends. I love being surrounded by inspiring individuals that constantly push me to become better.

My name is Jacob Janisch and I am the Sales Center Lead at You Move Me. The people that we have here and our overall company culture is just great. I am surrounded by easy going and understanding people that will help you with whatever you need. This company makes it a priority to develop our people and promote from within, which has been huge for me. It’s all about growing as a person and not just about experience.

In my free time, I enjoy longboarding and snowboarding with buddies, video games, playing fetch with my dog at the dog park, and watching movies with my girlfriend.
